Beschreibung
M.C.C. is delighted to present for sale one of the most unique Bugatti Veyron Super Sport’s to ever leave Molsheim!
2012 - 550 km (delivery mileage) - P.O.R.
Finished in Maïs Yellow & Black over Havana Leather
1 of 48 Super Sports’s ever manufactured in homage to the 1929 Bugatti Type 41 Royale Berline de Voyage.
The Holy Grail? A statement best suited maybe for the 1962 Ferrari 250 GTO or the Bugatti 57 SC Atlantic?
Here at M.C.C. we believe that the Bugatti Veyron is a strong contender for this accolade as it revolutionized the automotive sector in 2005. The birth of the Hypercar, a passion project for Mr Piech, with a production cost nearing 6 Million € per vehicle and numbers that just wiped out the competition.
1001 HP, 8.0 L, Quad Turbos, 0 to 100 km/h in 2.4 seconds and a top speed of 408 km/h! An engineering marvel with specially developed PAX tires by Michelin to withstand the speed, 10 radiators for all the component cooling and last but not least, brakes that can stop faster than it takes to accelerate from 0-100-0!
The Veyron,
Through years of refinement and engineering expertise gained during the Veyron's production, Bugatti's engineers created the pinnacle of hypercar performance: the ultimate Veyron iteration. This masterpiece delivers significantly more power while achieving even sharper, more responsive handling.
At the heart of its increased performance is the 16 cylinder engine, now equipped with 4 larger turbochargers and intercoolers. Additional upgrades include a redesigned chassis, enhanced spring rates, reinforced stabilisers, and a host of other technical improvements. The results speak for themselves: 1.200 HP, 1.500 N/M of torque, a blistering 0 to 100 km/h time of just 2.5 seconds, and a top speed of 415 km/h. In fact, Bugatti achieved an astonishing top speed of 431.072 km/h, cementing the car’s title as the fastest production car in the world.
Aerodynamically, the body shell has been meticulously fine-tuned to maximize efficiency and stability in all driving conditions. The full carbon fiber monocoque features an advanced new fiber structure, offering greater torsional rigidity, enhanced safety, and reduced weight compared to the standard model. Gone are the bonnet scoops; instead, the 16 cylinder engine is ventilated via two NACA ducts integrated into the roof. The front end boasts larger, completely redesigned air vents, with lower air slots extending into the wheel wells, giving the car a more aggressive stance. At the rear, a newly designed double diffuser and a wide central exhaust complete the car’s stunning, high-performance aesthetic.
Our car,
Destined new to Switzerland, Chassis 26 left Molsheim to join a very tasteful collection of unique Veyron’s. The owner being an avid enthusaist and gentleman racer, paid tribute to what is believed to be one of the most beautiful Bugatti’s ever made, the 1929 Type 41 Royale Berline de Voyage.
