- Only 16,600 km from new!
- Excellent original condition
- Model a technology tour de force
A true technological showcase when it was presented in 1989 at the Chicago Motor Show, the Honda NSX was designed to attack the market occupied by Porsche and Ferrari. Under a sober and fluid design, it concealed a remarkable V6 engine with 24 valves and variable valve timing which delivered 275bhp. Its aluminum chassis and sophisticated suspension gave it excellent driving qualities, especially as it had been developed in collaboration with Ayrton Senna, then Honda's Formula 1 driver.
This car was sold new on July 5, 1996 through Honda Service, Stockholm, Sweden, and has the registration number KJX 387. Red in colour, it is a Honda NSX 3.0 (type "NA 115 ML"), with a manual gearbox. Today, it displays the exceptionally low mileage of 16,600 km and has had only two owners, which explains its unusual original condition. Its paintwork has not been touched or redone and the tires are those that were fitted when delivered new. We can also suggest that they be replaced for safety, even if it means keeping the original ones for exhibition purposes. This car is sold with its complete maintenance booklet. A true competitor to the Ferrari 348, this coupé with exceptional characteristics, of which Ayrton Senna was the brand ambassador. Although it did not quite receive the welcome it deserved at its launch, today it is recognized as a milestone car, which has many fans.
