Arancio Atlas, that's the name of the color that you undoubtedly first noticed when you saw these photos. The Murciélago had the task of succeeding his predecessors, true icons. The Countach and, its immediate predecessor, Diablo. The Murciélago fulfilled its task and became one of the great supercars of the 2000s. It was also the first model to be built entirely under the banner of Audi, which took over Lamborghini in 1998.
That's not to say the Murciélago is a subtle car, anything but. Directly behind the front seats you can still find the mighty V12, which originated in the 1960s. Of course, every screw and bolt is now different, but the tyrant also provides an unparalleled explosion of power in the Murciélago and we can be just as jubilant about the sound that the mighty 6.2 liter manages to produce. The Murciélago is initially 580 hp strong, a power that causes a sensation when it is released on the asphalt via the four-wheel drive. The porridge is only at 333 km / h. A true spectacle. Switching is done with this Murcielago through the beloved e-gear gearbox. The e-gear is a robotized manual gearbox, so the coupling is done automatically, but the gearbox is actually a manual six-speed gearbox.
The Murciélago you see here is a car that was originally delivered in Germany. There he had only one owner and the same applies to the Netherlands, where he spent the second part of his life. Here too, the car had only one owner who only enjoyed the car sparingly: in all those years, only 44,000 kilometers were driven by the car. That is not only the number that we see appearing in the display when the car is started, but also the mileage that appears when we consult the extensive documentation. The maintenance books and all invoices are present. It's nice that the car belonged to a huge enthusiast!
About 1,500 kilometers ago, the E-Gear was completely renewed and the car received an extensive service, together yielding an invoice of about € 24,000. The Murciélago is in a completely original state and in truly fantastic condition!
The same also applies to the wonderfully composed interior, which consists of orange and black leather upholstery. The upholstery is like new and the entire interior gives the impression that the car has just been delivered to the dealer, not only in terms of condition, but also in terms of design, we do not see the age of almost 20 years.
In this original form, the Murciélago is an absolute classic in the making and in this color, with which the Lamborghini was frequently exhibited during the introduction period, this car is actually the first model of Lamborghini as we know it today.
