We purchased this Pontiac Trans-Am locally, and it comes with a current Dutch registration. The car was a solid and promising project when we found it, and we saw the potential to make it truly exceptional. We decided to repaint the entire body and undercarriage with a high-quality, multi-layer black paint that boasts a stunning gloss finish. Every detail has been meticulously crafted, with perfect gaps and flawless execution. To complete the look, we installed a "Smokey and the Bandit" Special Edition gold striping package, giving this Trans-Am that iconic Bandit Style.
The interior, trunk area, and engine bay have all been rebuilt with new parts, including a new wiring harness, trim, and moldings to ensure everything is as clean and fresh as the exterior. We've also added new 17-inch honeycomb wheels, new tires, and a retro-fit Vintage Air heater and defroster unit, eliminating the bulky old heater box and maximizing space in the engine bay and interior.
The car is equipped with a new Flowmaster exhaust system that delivers that perfect V8 rumble, completing the package of this show-stopping Trans-Am.
The Drivetrain Under the hood, you'll find a rebuilt Pontiac 400 engine, restored to better-than-stock specifications and painted in the correct Pontiac Blue. Our technical department has fine-tuned the engine, ensuring it's ready for the road. The TH350 transmission has been thoroughly checked, serviced, and given a fresh coat of paint, along with new gaskets.
The entire drivetrain has been gone over with a fine-tooth comb. The rear axle and driveshaft have been inspected and painted, ensuring that this Trans-Am is as reliable as it is beautiful. The engine has received significant upgrades to the intake, carburetor, and ignition unit, boosting its output to around 350-400 HP. This car is ready to deliver exhilarating performance with every drive.
The car is available with Dutch registration, and all import taxes have been paid.
