Pagani Huayra Coupe 2015

The Pagani Huayra is a mid engine supercar produced by Italian sports car manufacturer Pagani, succeeding the company’s previous offering, the Zonda. It is named after Wind, like the previous model (Zonda), the word Huayra came from a Quechua which translates to the word for wind. Horacio Pagani founded Pagani Composite Research in 1988 after working with Lamborghini on the Countach, the P140 and the Diablo. The company’s first model, the Zonda, was powered by a Mercedes AMG V12. The Huayra, was presented in 2011 as the long-awaited successor to the Zonda.

The exterior of the Huayra is a work of art, featuring flowing lines, sharp angles, and aerodynamic curves. It is constructed with a mixture of carbon fiber and titanium, which makes it lightweight yet strong. The car features active rear and front wings that adjust their angles based on speed and driving conditions, helping to increase downforce and stability. The Coupe also has a unique cabin that is designed to provide maximum visibility and a feeling of spaciousness.
Under the hood, the Huayra is powered by a 6.0 V12 engine that delivers 754 horsepower and 738 lb-ft of torque. This engine is paired with a seven-speed automated manual transmission, which allows for quick and smooth shifts. The Coupe has a top speed of around 230 mph and can go from 0 to 60 mph in just 2.8 seconds.
The interior of the Huayra is just as impressive as its exterior. It is handcrafted with premium materials, including leather, carbon fiber, and aluminum. The car features a fully digital instrument cluster, a high-end sound system, and a bespoke infotainment system that is tailored to each individual owner’s preferences.

Only 100 Huayra Coupes were ever built, making it an incredibly rare sight on the road and a guaranteed head-turner. Thanks to the great owner community and the events organised by Pagani themselves, there is almost always a great reason to get the car out and enjoy it on the sunny roads for example. The Huayra is made of more than 4000 components (engine and gearbox not included). To create them and put them together requires creativity, patience and passion that I shared with a fantastic young team and with the most competent partner in all sectors. In defining the size, Pagani immediately thought of a car that would be longer than the Zonda, a track increased by 70 mm, a cabin position shifted 40 mm to the back and even more spacious. The silhouette should be soft, easy to read and form itself from lean and sleek lines that have a clear beginning and an end. As the style is concerned during these five years Pagani have tried to find the best compromise working on 8 scale models and 2 full scale models, as well as hundreds of drawings without never leaving the original idea and taking meticulous care of the details.

The vehicle offered here was approved on May 27th, 2015 by its first owner in Malaga, who only moved the vehicle for special occasions outside of his home near Marbella it was then supplied to its next custodian in Germany 2016 and then came into the Uk through Pagani (London) via Pagani (Germany) in February 2023 and will be supplied with a fresh service by Pagani (London) before delivery to next custodian.
