Launched in 1989, the Discovery was Land Rover's answer to the Japanese competition. A genuine intermediary between the Defender and the Range Rover, it uses the same mechanics as the Defender and Range Rover, and innovates with a new body, much more geared towards family use, while retaining the legendary off-road capabilities that have made the Marque such a legend.
