The Ferrari F430 was produced by Ferrari from 2004 to 2009. A successor to the Ferrari 360, it debuted at the 2004 Paris Motor Show and was designed by Pininfarina under the guidance of Frank Stephenson, with the body styling of the F430 revised from its predecessor, the Ferrari 360. Although the drag coefficient remained the same, downforce was greatly enhanced. Despite sharing the same basic Alcoa aluminium chassis, roof line, doors and glass, the car looked significantly different from the 360. A great deal of Ferrari heritage was included in the exterior design. At the rear, the Enzo's tail lights and interior vents were added. The car's name was etched into the Testarossa-styled driver's side mirror. The large oval openings in the front bumper are reminiscent of Ferrari racing models from the 60s, specifically the 156 'Sharknose' Formula One car and 250 TR61 Le Mans cars of Phil Hill.

Having covered a mere 44,500 km, (27,651 miles) from new, this beautiful Ferrari F430 Spider presents in very good order throughout. The Giallo Modena coachwork presents well and the Nero leather interior with black stitching is soft and supple. The black wheels and yellow brake calipers compliment the colour theme of the car beautifully and the car's service history is testament to it having been well cared for. With eight stamps in its service history booklet and many other invoices supporting the care that has been lavished upon the car. Most recent of which being carried out in September 2024, just prior to the auction. Specification includes; Scuderia wing shields, anthracite interior dash trim, 60th Anniversary dash plaque, Giallo Modena Calipers, stainless door entry strips, steering wheel Manettino, (allowing the driver to select different driving modes), electric mirrors, on board computer, rear parking sensors and electric seats.

Supplied with a V5C registration document, a current MoT test certificate valid until March 2025, leather booklet wallet containing the various accompanying booklets, service history and invoices.
