Beschreibung
This Ferrari 275 GTS/4 NART Spyder is the result of over 8000 hours of dedicated commitment to reproduce one the worlds most iconic sports cars.
Only ten Ferrari NART Spyders were constructed, virtually all prototypes as no two are identical.
In a contemporary road test report Road & Track magazine dubbed it
“The most satisfying sports car in the world “
The Torque tube Chassis was fist introduced on the 330 GTC of 1966 and carried over unaltered for the production of the 275 GTB/4 and, later the
365 GTC/S.
This is chassis number 330 GTC 10221, the very next chassis to 10219 one of the ten original Spyders built.
This car is fastidiously researched and executed over a period of 30 years accessing directly the last built NART Spyder (the final flowering)
Chassis 11057 as reference to ensure total authenticity.
All parts fitted to this vehicle, including the fixings are peculiar to the model and of original Ferrari production including many, now impossible to find new old stock items.
Due to the present dire parts situation for the 275 (new or used) this venture can never be repeated, rendering this car unique.
The body is hand crafted in aluminium by Solo Carrosserie Hamburg.
Benefitting from the most potent power plant designated for this chassis type, the 365 GTC unit boasts 320 BHP at 6,600 RPM and 268 Lbs ft torque, bearing engine number 12155 it is meticulously rebuilt retaining all standard dimensions.
The brakes are the superior Girling system as fitted to the 365 GTC/S utilising the thicker discs and sturdier 3 pot calipers, the master cylinder is up rated to 29 mm.
Combined with the light clutch action, delightfully weighted, direct steering, slick gear change and the elasticity from that super smooth 4.4 litre V12 engine makes this all aluminium lightweight Spyder is utterly rewarding to drive.
Exterior colour is Grigio Scuro 20-E-166 with fine Arancia Nappa leather interior by Ferrari trim specialist Hagen Kruse.
The car is accompanied by its original valid Registration document (Title) a German Fahzeugbrief.
It is fully TUV approved and has satisfied all criteria to be awarded Historical Vehicle status.
Only 20 kilometres since completion, hence as new.
