EQUIPMENT
Tungsten Silver, Charcoal Leather, Sat Nav, Integrated Telephone, Heated Seats, Rear PDC, Heated Front Screen, Violet Chrome Facia Console, Grey Brake Calipers, Fire Extinguisher, Slate Alcantara Headlining, Front Stoneguards, Smokers Kit
EXTERIOR
Finished in a stunning coat of Tungsten Silver, the sculpted silhouette of this Vanquish commands huge road presence. The deep and intense silver metallic flake shimmers beautifully as the light changes from the cars svelte front end to it’s muscular rear haunches. Elegant chrome accents around the roof, the rear end and the front quarter grilles add a touch of class; complimenting the polished wheel design and provide a fitting contrast to the paintwork.
Presentation throughout is superb, clearly a car that has been cherished from day one.
INTERIOR
Beautifully crafted in typical Aston Martin fashion, the interior if the Vanquish is a considered balance of the very best traditional materials married to a period dose of in-cabin tech. Charcoal leather adorns the deeply bolstered sports seats, dashboard and doors and is perfectly detailed by a subtle grey contrast stitch, whilst the headlining is upholstered in grey alcantara that adds a sense of extravagance to an otherwise simple, refined space.
Constructed from machined metal, the paddle shifters, centre console and engraved door handles continue the interiors premium feel and provide a wonderfully tactile interface for the driver. In-cabin tech consists of a standard FM radio, with CD player and Auxiliary input, as well as Satellite Navigation.
Also present within the glovebox is the original plastic felt-covered tray, digital tyre gauge, mini Maglite, small Leatherman multi-tool and notebook.
ENGINE & TRANSMISSION
Awakening with a howl the V12 power plant is smooth and powerful with layers of sound to uncover as you explore the rev range. The exhaust note has been engineered perfectly; harmonious when pressing-on but quiet and with little interference to the cabin ambience at motorway speeds.
Having enjoyed a thorough service routine throughout it’s life, the engine and gearbox are in fine fettle and operation of the driving modes is without fuss or hesitation.
WHEELS, TYRES & BRAKES
The lightweight forged-aluminium 19-inch wheels present beautifully, unmarked with a sparkling diamond cut finish. Sitting on Michelin pilot Sport 5’s on all four corners; all showing plenty of tread.
The grooved disc brakes are more than capable of stopping this large GT at any speed, creating confidence with inspired driving.
