The Bentley Continental GT was the first car released by Volkswagen AG after their acquisition of the company in 1998 and was unveiled at the 2003 Geneva Motor Show, followed by Le Mans, Goodwood Festival of Speed and the annual Bentley Drivers Club meeting at Silverstone. The car differed significantly from the previous Continental R and T models in terms of its concept; although much of the car is hand-assembled, this Bentley was made in significantly larger numbers than previously. As a result, the price at launch was substantially less than the Continental R, thus exposing the car to a much wider and new customer base as a more affordable car. A Continental GTC is equipped with a 6.0 litre, twin-turbocharged W12 engine and produces 603bhp with an impressive top speed of 202mph. Torsen-based permanent four-wheel drive is standard.

First registered on 17th August 2007, this fabulous Bentley GTC was specified in Moonbeam Silver and with Portland over Nautical interior. As a Mulliner, the car sits on 20” seven spoke split-rimmed alloys fitted with RX Motion U11 tyres and has the desirable cross-stitched seats with Bentley logos. Benefitting from Bluetooth connectivity, cruise control, automatic air conditioning, electrically operated adjustable and heated front seats, a Breitling analogue clock and front and rear parking distance control with a colour reversing camera. The wheels have just been refurbished and the car serviced in early June with the MoT test certificate being given first time and without any advisories, showing a mere 63,771 miles. Accompanying the vehicle is the V5C registration document, owner's manuals and service book, (showing 13 stamps of which six are main agent), a specification summary and collection of maintenance invoices. A lovely example of which the vendor reports to run and drive very well which is ready to be enjoyed by its next owner. Consigned by Will Penrose.
