Amilcar was a French car manufacturer, established in 1921 by engineers Edmond Moyet and André Morel. The company had a successful competition history, with many of its cars entered into races and hillclimbs throughout the 20s and into the early 30s. Amilcar stopped production in 1939 following WWII.
