Description
Triumph Stag | 1971
Highlights:
– 3.0 liter V8 engine
– Manual gearbox with overdrive
– New upholstery installed in 2018
We offer for sale this 1971 Triumph Stag. The Stag comes from an enthusiast who purchased the car in 2017 and had various work done on it at that time. The invoices for these works have been carefully kept. The Triumph is powered by a 3.0 liter V8 engine, paired with a 4-speed manual gearbox with overdrive. However, the overdrive doesn’t always function properly and requires some technical attention.
The Stag for sale here has been repainted in its current white colour in the past. The white paintwork suits this 1970s classic well and matches nicely with the chrome wire wheels and other chrome details. The paint has some signs of wear. The interior received new faux leather upholstery with white piping in 2018, which complements the paintwork nicely. The upholstery is in good condition, though the rest of the interior shows some signs of use. Additionally, the Stag features a wooden dashboard and a Moto-Lita sports steering wheel. To complete the look, it has been fitted with a black soft top, which has a (repaired) tear.
