Description
The NSU TT was born as a racing variant of the popular NSU Prinz Motorenwerke, presented at the Frankfurt Motor Show in 1965 to compete with the Abarth OT 1000, Simca Abarth, and Renault Gordini. With an engine capable of over 100 horsepower per liter, it often won its class in the 1970s on legendary circuits like the Nürburgring and Spa, as well as securing victory in the 1971 Tour de France with Poyaud/Laforge.
The Prinz 1000 TT was based on the same body and chassis as the standard Prinz 1000 but differed significantly with its engine enlarged to 1177 cc, which in the more powerful versions exceeded 110 horsepower.
The vehicle we are offering is a 1971 NSU Prinz TT in excellent condition, prepared many years ago for competing in local rallies in the northern region.
