The vehicle has been in for a good 20 years
I own and has spent that time in my private collection.
In advance it got the well-known in the vintage and classic world
high quality Mike Sanders Intensive Cavity Conservation and has spent the last two decades warm and dry in my collection.
The vehicle was driven very very rarely or not at all over the years.
Now, in mid-2022, I decided to get the vehicle out of the collection and to professionally overhaul it mechanically from A-Z so that the vehicle is perfectly operational.
We simply must not forget the age of such classics!
That's why I decided against just doing the most necessary work and approached the whole thing really professionally without considering the costs.
The engine was completely removed; dismantled down to the last screw; cleaned and rebuilt although of course this would not have been absolutely necessary!
Whether it's the cylinder head gasket; the
toothed belt; the ribbed belt; the water pump; all oil seals ; crankshaft main and rod bearings til the water hoses or the clutch (everything has its age of course and is now brand new).
So you have peace of mind and technically you have a better vehicle than if you buy an Integrale that has only “allegedly” run 40,000km because all the components mentioned are 30 years + old.
For example, a 30 year old crankshaft oil seal or a cylinder head gasket remains a 30 year old oil seal / cylinder head gasket (regardless of whether a vehicle has run 40,000 or 200,000km).

The valve clearance was of course also adjusted, as were all fluids
(Engine oil / gear oil / differential oil) changed several times so that only absolutely clear oil runs in the entire mechanics of the vehicle.

All work was carried out by the fully professional specialist company "Integraletechnik" headed by Jörg and Hannes Brand from Hanover, who are very well known in the scene.

Finally, the chassis got a professional measurement of the front and rear axles and a set of new Dunlop Sport
Maxx tires.

Of course, the vehicle immediately passed H approval with flying colors.

Grade bodywork is this vehicle
through the use of Mike Sanders cavity preservation and professional
Storage for the last 20 years dry and warm in my collection in a really rare basic condition (in contrast to most deltas that have been burned up and had to endure a lot in the last 20 years).
No damaged sills due to incorrect lifting platform mounts or the like.

In addition, the entire mechanism has currently been extensively revised without considering the costs, so that this vehicle, as the saying goes, does not compare to many other vehicles (apples and oranges comparison).

For this work alone, including the acceptance tests, I invested around €15,000 net.
Especially with these vehicles you shouldn't be too naïve because vehicles that have not been serviced and not repaired can quickly devour 4 or 5-digit sums.
The entire vehicle is in reasonable and clean condition and would be ready for good new hands
to be handed over.
As said, it is the very sought-after latest “Non catalyst 16V” version in the beautiful classic Lancia Bianco color code in a pristine and well-maintained condition.
