Description
The Aston Martin V8 is an iconic classic car that blends the spirit of American muscle cars with Aston Martins quintessential elegance and craftsmanship. The Series III was in production from 1973-1978 and a total of only 967 were made.
This specific vehicle was produced in 1976 and exported to Japan in November of the same year to the AM dealer Chubu Yashima Auto. In Asia, it served a Japanese ambassador until it was shipped to the UK in 2014. Currently, the car is stored in the Czech Republic. The service history of the car is unknown other than an MOT emissions test carried out in 2014 which it passed. While the engine contains only original parts, it will likely need to be refurbished. Nevertheless, the car is in a working technical condition.
The car is equipped with left-hand-drive steering and an automatic gearbox and features an elegant dark exterior with a beige leather interior. The exterior is in a good condition with little signs of wear and minor surface level rusting. While the upholstery is in need of restoration, the entire interior is original and features a stock Pioneer 4000 radio. Due to the genuine parts and working technical condition, this car would be an ideal low risk restoration project.
