The launch of an all-new Aston Martin is a rare occurrence. Like the DB9s, the DB11s core structure is a bonded aluminum monocoque, but every pressing, every extrusion, every cast node is brand-new. It debuts a new generation of engine, body structure and electrical architecture. The DB11 has been described as extravagantly proportioned and carefully tailored by the motoring press. Aston Martins chief designer, Marek Reichman is quotes as stating , every millimeter of this car is where we wanted it.

The DB11 chassis has been tuned by Matt Becker, who joined Aston Martin in late 2014 as chief vehicle engineer after a 26-year career at Lotus Cars, a company extremely well-known for their chassis development. Welded aluminum subframes support a new unequal-length control-arm suspension setup up front and a multilink rear axle. Shocks are the latest-generation DampTronic skyhook units from Bilstein, steel brakes are from Brembo, steering assist is ZFs newest electric system and Bridgestone has supplied a bespoke tire specifically for the DB11, aptly named the S007! With Becker's input, the DB11 is more agile and more nimble than its predecessors. Ever since the launch of the DB2 in 1950, Aston Martin has been largely defined by the sporty, elegant Gran Turismos. More than six decades later, the DB11 carries on the tradition.

The DB11 interior is roomier and more lavishly finished than that of its predecessors and with much more technology embedded throughout. There is a new infotainment screen, fully digital instrument panel, electric e-brake, powered center armrest and seats that motor forward to improve access to the rear.

This DB11 has been superbly cared for and maintained. As it is a modern Aston Martin, it is built using the most modern and innovative technology while maintaining the heritage and tradition of the marquee. This DB11 is as-new and exceptional throughout. It is accompanied by its window sticker, owners manual and battery maintainer.
