Alfa Romeo Giulietta Sprint Alleggerita MM, produced only 200 cars with Bertone bodywork, uses lightweight aluminum for various parts including the bonnet, boot lid, door panels and frames, bumpers, headlight frames, intake manifold, sump 'oil and rims. Sliding Plexiglas windows were then fitted, allowing the removal of heavy window adjusting cranks. The interior, however, has been simplified, eliminating the rear seat and the sound-absorbing materials. In the end, the Giulietta Sprint Veloce Alleggerita weighed approximately 68 kg less than the standard Sprint Veloce, and with the adoption of 2 double-choke horizontal Weber carburettors, the horsepower rose to 90 and the speed to 180 km/ H. This difference was noticed by racing drivers who enjoyed enormous success with the model throughout Europe, especially in the Mille Miglia where, in the 1956 edition, it took the first three places in the category. Complete with original plates and documents, ASI, FIVA and MilleMiglia Register with participation in the race in 2021, 2022 and 2023.
