The Giulietta Sprint Speciale prototype launched in 1957 at the Turin Motor Show, paving the way for the production version’s press reveal at the Monza racetrack on 24 June 1959. In 1963, Alfa Romeo followed up with the Giulia Sprint Speciale—equally curvaceous, but equipped with a larger and more powerful 1,570-cubic-centimemter twin-cam engine fitted with Weber 40 DCOE2 carburettors and mated to a five-speed manual gearbox.

Completed on 12 December 1963, this Giulia Sprint Speciale was destined for the Dutch market. Delivered on 27 November 1964, the car was registered on 8 January 1965 wearing the registration “GA-58-53”. It is believed that the second owner restored this Giulia in the 1990s, when the vehicle was repainted in its original colour, Bianco. The car retains this exterior colour, finished with grey and blue leather seats alongside blue door cards and carpets.

The Alfa Romeo retains the original interior and is offered with a spare wheel, original Dutch registration, use and maintenance manual, and the brake instruction manual. The odometer shows 65,938 km at time of cataloguing.

Le deuxième propriétaire aurait restauré cette Giulia dans les années 90, avec une peinture neuve dans sa teinte d'origine, "Bianco". C'est la couleur qu'elle présente encore aujourd'hui, avec à l'intérieur des sièges en cuir bleu et gris, ainsi que des contreportes et moquettes bleues.

Cette Alfa Romeo est dotée de son intérieur d'origine et elle est vendue avec roue de secours, immatriculation hollandaise d'origine, manuels d'utilisation et d'entretien et manuel d'instruction du système de freinage. Le compteur affiche 65 938 km au moment de rédiger ce catalogue.
