Description
As the successor to the Giulia Sprint, in autumn 1963 Alfa Romeo debuted a completely new coupé, the 105 Series Giulia Sprint GT. Mechanically, it continued to use the advanced all-aluminium twin-cam four-cylinder engine and aluminium-cased five-speed gearbox, but the styling was completely different.
The innovative design, which caught everyone's attention at the time, was the work of Giorgetto Giugiaro, who was working for Bertone in the early stages of his career. The Giulia Sprint GT was widely acclaimed for both mechanism and design and sales grew steadily, and in 1966 the Giulia Sprint GT was replaced by the Giulia Sprint GT Veloce. 1967 saw the model updated again, this time with a larger 1750 engine. The interior was also improved, with bucket seats with independent adjustable headrests, and the dashboard was fitted with a speedometer and tachometer, and the dashboard was fitted with a speedometer and tachometer, The dashboard used two separate instrument pods for the speedometer and tachometer, and an additional meter was mounted on the centre console.
The final version of the GTV, which continued to evolve in this way, is known as the 2000 GT Veloce in the US market, but is sometimes referred to as the GTV in the literature.Introduced to the market in the 1972 model year, it was similar in appearance to the earlier 1750 model, but with new grille, but obvious differences can be seen in the new grille. The engine was enlarged to 1,962 cc and overall performance was improved.

In effect, the car has had two owners, one in Italy and one in Japan. The mileage was 30,000 km in 1990, so the actual mileage is 40,300 km now.
