The F1 Starting Grid
Returning for 2025, this hugely popular part of FuoriConcorso is an absolute must-see for any lovers of Formula 1. From Fangio to Frentzen, Schumacher to Stewart, this line up will include many icons of their eras whilst transporting visitors on a journey through the generations of the sport, where technical innovations reigned supreme, through to the cars that some of the greatest drivers of all times have written the history of motorsport. Speaking of a certain Juan Manuel Fangio, FuoriConcorso’s F1 grid will feature the great’s Alfa Romeo Gran Premio Tipo 159 “Alfetta”, a car that represents Italy’s burning love for speed and resilience. Despite being produced as far back as 1938, the car was eligible for the new World Championship of Drivers, in which the 159 won every single race in which it competed during that first season of Formula One. This truly remarkable achievement was made even more significant, given that the car was produced so many years prior, and would be one of Fangio’s most victorious machines.
Icons of Italy
Let’s face it – nobody does it quite like the Italians. When it comes to creating an automobile that awakens every emotion and sensation in your body, an Italian car can do it with ease. Perhaps the most obvious choice, but a brand that will always be the hallmark of style and substance, Ferraris from yesterday will grace the gardens once more, with models like the 250 GTO, racing royalty in the form of a Daytona Gr. 4 Ex NART and the 166MM Export “Uovo”, a car that quite literally rose from the ashes after being cooped up for over 20 years.
We can’t talk about Italian passion without mentioning Lancia, a brand that portrays the unwavering spirit of the nation better than any other. Among the other Italian icons, Lancias best known for their endeavours on the racetrack will make a statement, including the LC1 sporting its iconic Martini livery. Meanwhile, of Alfa Romeo will rejoice as a stunning 6C Zagato will be on display courtesy of FuoriConcorso's newest partner for the event, RM Sotheby’s. Those wanting to take a piece of Italian automotive sculpture home won't want to miss out as this stunning machine is auctioned on 22 May 2025 at Fonderia Carlo Macchi, in Milan.
The Royals of Rallying
FuoriConcorso may have an array of Lancias that enjoyed their time on the open road and the world’s finest circuits, but the brand is best known for its time battling it out on the gravel in the World Rally Championship. In celebration of the marque’s successes, the event will host a mouth-watering array of machines, including an Alitalia-branded Stratos, as well as an array of Deltas, including a Safari edition!
World Exclusives Aplenty
Beyond the cars, guests will be treated to curated experiences that encapsulate the Italian way of life, as well as the chance to witness two surprise world premieres by the event’s automotive partners, one of which will see the launch of an entirely new brand. We wait with eagerness to discover what they may be, as well as who will claim the coveted showcase spot at Villa Sucota, but for now we can indulge in the confirmed brands attending, bringing an array of their most iconic cars currently in production, as well as icons from their respective museums. Expect to see Koenisegg, Mercedes Benz, Marc Philipp Gemballa, Pagani, Porsche, Vanwall and for the motorcycle lovers, MV Agusta.

This year will feature what will one not to be missed, known as 'Collecting or Investing', hosted by Classic Driver’s very own CEO, J.P Rathgen. Within these relaxed but highly informative conversations, JP and his guests will delve deep into the philosophy of collecting, as well as the preservation of automotive history, market trends and performance, and the car as an important financial asset.
What’s more, the Sunday will see Italian star Claudia Peroni, former rally driver and Formula 1 expert, take visitors on a journey through the many rally and race machines that span the lawns. If collecting art is more your thing, the event welcomes a stunning exhibition of photography linking the fashion and automotive world with this year’s chosen artist, Dylan Don.
