Built in collaboration with Peter Auto, Paul Stephens has revealed a special edition Porsche 911 inspired by Le Mans Classic. Priced at around £250,000 depending on specification and strictly limited to 10 examples, the car begins life as a 911 shell, before being built to ‘Clubsport’ spec. It features a lightweight composite roof, bonnet, and bumpers, and a 3.4-litre air-cooled flat-six that’s been extensively tuned to develop 300bhp. Coupled with a 970kg kerb weight (in Lightweight spec), the car will accelerate from 0–60mph in 4.4sec. As you can see, Le Mans Classic’ white, green, and black colour scheme runs throughout the car. Buyers will have to wait until 2020 to pick their cars up, but it’ll be worth it – the handover process will take place at the next Le Mans Classic event, where all 10 will parade the Circuit de la Sarthe in front of over 100,000 spectators.
