White enamel dial signed "Verax Watch Co GW & S”, Arabic hour numerals, minute division, outer 300 units tachymeter scale, sunk subsidiary seconds dial. Blued pear hands. 
Unsigned key-less movement, gilded bridge plate, lever escapement, monometallic balance with screws, Breguet hairspring, column wheel system for the chronograph. Quarter repeater by pressing push-piece, centrifugal governor, chime with two hammers on two gongs.
