The 911 Speedster, introduced in 2018 and delivered from mid-2019, was the last model of the 991-generation produced by the legendary sports car maker from Stuttgart Zuffenhausen. In reference to the Porsche 356 “No. 1” roadster from 1948, the Speedster, in connection with the 70-year company jubilee, was limited to 1’948 examples. Equipped with a 4-litre 6-cylinder boxer engine delivering 510 hp, 6 speed manual gearbox and the GT3 suspension, this open sportster was indeed well equipped. The car offered here, number 1407/1948, was delivered to its first owner through the Porsche agency in Geneva on the 12th of November 2019. Painted in a rather non-subtle “Racing yellow” together with a black leather and Alcantara interior with yellow stitching, the sportster boasts an impressive list of extras such as carbon sports seats, 20-inch centre lock wheels, ceramic composite brakes, locking differential, automatic air conditioning and much more. In addition, a lifting-system for the front suspension, aluminium pedals and the Porsche PCM system were ordered as additional extras. In October 2020, the speedster was deregistered and dry stored. In May 2023, with only 460 kilometres showing, the 911 was finally taken over by the vendor and added to his collection. He never registered the car and, being very tall, he used the Porsche only sparingly. We therefore are proud to offer this very limited Porsche with only 980 kilometres driven, only one registered owner and in near-new condition. The Speedster would certainly be an exciting addition to any collection and will be sold with the last MOT completed in November 2019.
