Following in the 456's footsteps, Ferrari's 612 Scaglietti offered twelve-cylinder, grand touring sophistication for four passengers, and nearly 200 mph top speed. In 2008, Ferrari introduced the most desirable variant of the 612 to the North American market. The 612 Scaglietti, One to One (OTO). OTO referred to Ferrari's new Atelier program where customers could specify a very special, one off, automobile with assistance from factory personnel. It's said that less than 50 OTOs are circulating within the U.S. market.

OTO cars featured Ferrari's revised dual-plate clutches in the F1 "Superfast" transmission (before the 599 received it), a new steering wheel with Ferrari's Manettino dial on board for track oriented suspension adjustments, 20" Challenge polished wheels, sporty exhaust, carbon-ceramic brakes, and more. OTO cars were, therefore, not ordered from inventory, but each custom tailored by clients, and generally feature special interiors, options and details. Coupled with Ferrari's revised performance attributes, these limited production cars remain very special.

This particular 612 Scaglietti F1 was completed in June 2008 wearing Nuovo Blu Pozzi paintwork over Cuoio leather upholstery, and delivered new through Ferrari of Washington (Sterling, Virginia) on August 23, 2008 – outfitted with a host of special factory optioned equipment:

2021-2022 Services include: multi-point inspection, new battery, major belt service, and associated tensioners, bearing, seals and gaskets, all new vehicle fluids and filters, new fuel pumps and equipment, new OEM front windscreen and wiper blades - performed by Cauley Ferrari of Detroit (over $15,000 invested).
