GENERAL

Up for auction is a Ferrari 355 F1 spider. Only a little more than 1000 of these 355’s rolled out of the factory.
This predecessor of the famous Ferrari 360 is considered the more beautiful and elegant car by many.
The factory stated a 0-100km/h in 4,7seconds and a top speed of 295km/h.
At the time this car came out, it was an unbelievable mix of easy-to-drive comfort and mind-blowing performance.

EXTERIOR

This example is finished in a beautiful Blu Pozzi metallic.
The soft-top matches the blue exterior and adds to the incredible classy and understated look of the car.

INTERIOR

Inside, we find a wonderful colour combination of dark red leather seats and blue carpets.
The leather is well fed and it feels nice and soft.

There are hardly any signs of wear on the steering wheel.
The typical loosening of the leather on the dashboard hasn’t really taken place on this car.
It appears the previous owners took good care of their 355. The soft top doesn’t function well, this will need addressing.

ENGINE

The Ferrari was fitted with one of the strongest engines of its period, a 3.5 litre V8 producing no less than 375 hp.
This massive amount of power is transferred to the wheels through a F1 sequential gearbox.

BODY

Although the car has been repainted, the entire body looks nice and straight.
As mentioned before, the only thing left to do is sorting out the soft-top.

Inside the door shut panels, the paint is still original.
