This Distinctive “ Boat tail “ appearance of a Riviera is one of Buicks greatest fames , this example of a Riviera 2 Door Coupe was imported into Western Australia in the 1990s having spent most of its life in the dry state of Las Vegas Nevada, USA. It has had 2 owners in Australia with the previous owner undertaking minor restorative work in 2014 to bring it back to tidy and a nice street cruiser. This included a new respray, new interior trim and a rebuilt engine. This vehicle comes with some receipts for works carried out.
A beautiful smooth and refined cruiser that's a pleasure to drive you won't see another one of these any time soon making for a rare practical collectable asset and makes a perfect collectable for someone who loves a classic cruiser that you rarely see on Australian roads

The Buick Riviera was launched as a stand-alone model in 1963. Buick had previously lent the Riviera name to its previous top of the range models with the term becoming synonymous with the highest level of prestige and luxury afforded to the Buick marque. In 1971 the Third-Generation models had received a significant styling change with the introduction of the “boat-tail” design.
This polarised opinion at the time meaning fewer were sold than previous generations and unlike its predecessors it came with only one power-plant option being the top of the range 455 cu in 7.5L V8 producing 265bhp.
