a limited edition of 150 pieces to commemorate the opening
of the Audemars Piguet New York Boutique in 2003.
Very fine and rare, large, octagonal, self-winding, water-
resistant, stainless steel PVD-coating wristwatch with round
button chronograph, registers, date and a stainless steel
PVD-coated Audemars Piguet deployant clasp. Accompanied
by a service box and USB card with instructions and warranty.
Three-body, PVD-coated, screw-down steel and rubber
winding crown, octagonal bezel with 8 hexagonal recessed
polished stainless steel nuts screwed to 8 screws on the case
back, back engraving featuring the façade of the boutique
and La Boutique 40E, 57th, sapphire crystal.
Black with checker board decoration and luminous
radial Arabic numerals, subsidiary dials for the seconds,
the 12-hour and 30-minute registers, aperture for the date
between 4 & 5. Luminous white baton hands.
Cal. 2226/2840, rhodium-plated, fausses cotes decoration,
54 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic
balance adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and 5
positions, shock absorber, self-compensating flat balance
spring, 21K gold rotor.
