The 1951 Spanish Grand Prix winner's silver trophy presented to Juan Manuel Fangio, post-1934 Spanish star hallmark to base, two handled silver cup (1540g) engraved 'GRAN PREMIO DE ESPAÑA =1951= BARCELONA 28-X-1951', with matching decorated banding to the rim and trunk, leaf decoration to the handles and beaded decoration to the base, complete with lid (528g) fitted with pineapple finial (some wear and splitting to seam of neck of finial), on a four tier ebonised turned wooden base, 53cm high overall, sold together with a photograph of this cup being presented to Fangio.
