Beautiful Brazilian Volkswagen T1 Samba van from 1975 in the completely new camper version with 23 windows, beautiful blue / white colour scheme, open sunroof and a beautiful new interior.

This original VW T1 from Brazil was overhauled last winter and converted into a beautiful new camper. It is not an original Samba but a beautiful replica with all the details. The van was completely resprayed in the beautiful two-tone combination of blue with a lotus white roof. The chassis, the axles and the doors are in good condition, the bottom is also in good condition, please see photos. There are some signs of wear on the paintwork

This T1 has the well-known air-cooled 1500 cc engine with 4 cylinders. The engine runs fine and the transmission shifts properly.

It has a completely new camper interior. Everything you could wish for in a T1 van, including everything you need for a night’s sleep. A fridge, sink (incl. water collection), fold-out table, dining table in the van itself, smart storage compartments under the benches, storage compartments in the roof, and of course the seats. By means of the well-known "rock 'n roll" system, the backrest can be laid flat, creating a complete bed. The seats and benches are beautifully upholstered in vintage style, they completely match the van. The door cards, new curtains and headliner were made in the same style. New, original chrome-plated Volkswagen logo on the front and original VW rims with chrome hubcaps. The curtains, whitewall tyres and double roof rack complete this T1 Samba camper van.

The van still has a Brazilian registration certificate for registration almost anywhere in Europe. Please note, this T1 Samba comes from Brazil. Brazilian work standards are usually less than European ones. There may therefore be some small points that fit or close less well than if a European workshop had done the restoration. Some country-specific work might still need doing, or final adjustments to meet European requirements and your own quality standards.

An almost 50-year-old van will of course have some spots, we’re not sure the tank gauge works. New ignition lock fitted, the ignition key no longer fits on the door locks. This Volkswagen T1 is in good condition, it is a private sale and the van is sold "as is"; warranty therefore does not apply.
