Delivered on the 21st November 1969 through Hooper Motor Services Ltd in London, this elegant Rolls Royce was taken over, most probably in the early 80s, by a businessman in Berlin from its first owner. Some years later he had the car imported to Germany and registered there in September 1985. Towards the end of 2008 the Silver Shadow was finally taken over by the vendor’s family. Despite having residence, in Switzerland for professional reasons already for a number of years, the Rolls Royce was imported as “moving goods” in 2020 and registered locally. As shown in the documentation since 1981, the car was always well maintained and cherished. In 2015 the oil sump of the automatic gearbox was re-sealed and the sleeves of the half shafts as well as the differential dynamic seal were replaced. In 2019 the limousine received four new white-wall tyres and in 2020 the rear suspension level adjustment system was overhauled including its hydraulic lines. Currently the noble steed is in good to very good condition on the indicated 63’000 miles are most probably correct. The last MOT was completed in May 2024.
