The G series 2.7 Carrera was only delivered in 1974 and 75. They were recognizable by the slightly wider body, chromed exterior mirror and black door handles and window frames. These US spec models with the mechanical injection were often referred to as CIS. European versions were given the designation MFI and, with 210 BHP, were more powerful than the American cars.

This Porsche is for the American market and stands out because of its very bright orange color. Of course, the front and rear hatch immediately catch the eye, they are specially made of super lightweight carbon by the Dutch company Krauwer design and can be purchased at an additional cost. The original valves are also present with the car, these will be installed when sold.

The paintwork is in super nice condition, the car has been repainted in bare metal and is very sleek. Photos of this restoration are available. The car was purchased by the current owner from the Dutch Porsche specialist Porsche Center Gelderland.
