  • Offered from the last year of production for the famed 930 Turbo
  • Benefits from the desirable 1989-only Getrag G50 five-speed transaxle
  • Finished in its factory-correct exterior shade of Slate Grey Metallic; complemented by deep-dish Fuchs wheels painted black
  • Delivered new to Madrid, with a long chain of Porsche main dealer servicing in Spain
  • Configured by the factory with highly practical optional extras including a power-adjustable sunroof, electrically adjustable front seats, and rear lap belts

The final year of Porsche’s seminal 930-generation Turbo was arguably one of the best, serving as a fitting swansong before the arrival of the new 964. The majority of 911 Turbo Coupés featured four-speed gearboxes, but those built to 1989 model-year specification—including the example offered—benefitted from the desirable Getrag G50 five-speed transaxle.

Leaving the Stuttgart factory on 19 December 1988 and built to 1989 model-year specification, this Porsche was delivered new to Madrid, Spain, with its first custodian taking ownership on 2 February 1989. The Porsche was finished in Slate Grey Metallic over a full leather interior, a combination it retains to this day, while the car was specified with optional extras including a power-adjustable sunroof, electrically adjustable front seats, and rear lap belts. It was further configured with a locking limited-slip differential.

By the mid-1990s, the 911 had found a subsequent owner—also in Madrid—who kept the Porsche until it was acquired by The Curated Collection in November 2013. During its time in Spain, the car was regularly maintained with Porsche main dealer servicing (invoices available to view on file), while the numerous service stamps attest to the 911’s modest odometer reading of 78,800 kilometres at the time of cataloguing. Accompanied by its Porsche service book, spare wheel, and tyre inflator, this attractive 930 Turbo is a fine example of the last of its breed.
