According to the Heritage Trust certificate this Mini Cooper, one of the much sought-after 1275S versions, was delivered to Norway in April 1968. According to the information available, the little Morris was sold into France already in March 1969. In the 80s the car was taken over by a friend of the first French owner. He had the Mini completely restored at the beginning of the 90s and repainted from red with a black roof to the current combination of red with a white roof panel. After the restoration the little rocket was driven only sparingly until it was acquired by the vendor in 2004 and imported into Switzerland. He also used the car very little but to pass the July 2021 MOT he had the engine re-sealed and a new radiator installed. A partially disassembled replacement engine is available and can be collected by the buyer at the Oldtimer Galerie Toffen. This Cooper S is in good to very good condition and will be handed over to a new enthusiast with the most recent Veteran MOT completed in July 2021.
