The 280 SL on offer has been registered on the 7th of August 1970 in Lübeck/Germany to its first owner Albert Thiesen.

Only ten month later in June 1971 it came into the family Jürgensen living up north in Rendsburg where it was treated as the family treasure until 2020.

In 2011 the son in law decided to start a complete nut and bolt restoration which is documented by photos and invoices exceeding 100.000,- Euros. By this the whole body had been taken apart and all the necessary work had been carried out. The engine had been rebuilt and the engine compartment detailed, the suspension renewed, new paint job, new chrome, new upholstery. Everything
done on a very high standard.

The old German "Kraftfahrzeugbrief" is documenting the history and is part of archive file.

It runs and drives perfectly.
