Very beautiful 1960 Mercedes-Benz 220SE Ponton coupé. The car has been in production for only 2 years and there are only 830 built. This is a 220 SE ‘Ponton’ coupé (also the last Ponton series made) and is fully restored and technically revised a few years ago. Equipped with a powerful 2.2 injection engine with 115 bhp. The restoration has been done with a lot of attention to originality and quality. The body is very straight, has good panel fittings and great paint work. The undercarriage is very original and free of rust. The dashboard has beautiful wooden details incl. the famous ‘VDO Kienzle’ clock and original Becker ‘Mexico’ radio.
