A highly desirable limited edition Mclaren as part of the "Ultimate" series, the speedtail has already achieved legendary status and this example was first registered in Montana in the USA. Finished in Burton Blue - and £11k option - the car features blue and black leather-trimmed three-position seating with a central driver’s position - in homage to the Mclaren F1.

The twin-turbo 4.0 litre V8 works in conjunction with an electric motor to send a output of 1,036 hp to the rear wheels through a seven-speed Graziano dual-clutch automatic gearbox. Additional features include light blue calipers over carbon-ceramic discs, active suspension, diamond-cut 10-spoke wheels with static front carbon-fibre covers, power-operated dihedral doors, retractable rearview cameras, hydraulically actuated flexible carbon-fibre rear ailerons, and an electrochromic glass canopy. The car comes with a build sheet, “show or display” paperwork, tools, a first-aid kit, and a car cover. A plaque listing the car as #97 of 106 produced is affixed to the rear bulkhead.

The build sheet lists standard and optional equipment as well as a total price of £1,803,000.
