Breaking up the black finish, chrome details sit around the car highlighting key features like the front grille, porthole side vents and Maserati badges that sit proudly on the rear pillars, whilst the Sport’s redesigned front bumper and splitter reduce drag and add to the cars sleek style.

Having covered just 32k miles from new the overall condition of the car is exceptional; wooing with a brilliant shine thanks to the prominent metallic flake there are almost no discernible blemishes to detract from the Maserati’s beautiful finish.

INTERIOR
Boasting an interior that offers a blend of sophisticated luxury and exquisite craftsmanship, the quality of the materials and attention to detail in this GranTurismo are excellent. Optional fine blue stitching follows the contours of the seats up to the embroidered trident logo on the headrest, offsetting the supple Nero leather with subtle effect. Nestled behind the steering wheel sit the all important Paddle shifters, transforming the character of the car from comfortable cruiser to rapid sports car with the pull of a lever.

The grand touring moniker suits this car beyond most, as four people can happily arrange themselves in the car, even with taller passengers behind the front seats. Long distance credentials of the GranTurismo are further improved by the inclusion of heated seats, sat-nav and premium Bose audio providing a great combination of practicality and comfort.

ENGINE & TRANSMISSION
The Ferrari F136 Modena derived engine develops one of the most glorious noises in production with a character that shifts depending upon requirements. The ZF Auto gearbox provides silky smooth changes in fully automatic mode with lightning fast sifts once the manual paddles are engaged. Entering sports mode unleashes the full force of the wet sumped V8, sharpening responses and increasing volume to exploit the full theatrical nature of the stunning atmospheric V8.

Matching the cars incredible sound the 4.7l V8 produced 453 bhp, which launches the GranTurismo Sport from 0-62 mph in just 4.8 seconds and onto a top speed of 187 mph.

WHEELS, TYRES & BRAKES
Optional 20” Neptune alloys show free from any marks or scuffs to round off the stunning looks of the GranTurismo. Matching Pirelli P Zero tyres are fitted, near brand new on the front with plenty of life left on the rears.

Painted blue callipers show through the wide spokes as do the large discs which all show in good order, with the front discs and pads replaced just 8k miles ago.

HISTORY FILE
Registered new by Graypaul Nottingham on 28/04/14 this Maserati GranTurismo Sport has been used sparingly, covering just 32k miles in its 8 years on the road. The original service book outlines serving on a mileage basis with the supplying dealer at 6866, 15,293 miles and more recently at 22,499 with a marque specialist. Further work includes new front discs and pads at 24,277 miles in 2021 and an annual service with 32,300 miles in July 2022

Present with the car is the complete original book pack, service book and some supporting invoices.
