Since Land Rovers were normally sold as purely utility vehicles, from the 37’801 examples built in the version shown here, only very few have survived the ravages of time. This Landy, from the desirable first series, has been delivered new in Switzerland and registered on the 12th of December 1952. Completely restored several years ago, this incarnation of an off-road vehicle was taken over by the vendor last year. Due to lack of time, he only had little chance to use his Land Rover and has therefore decided to pass it on to a new owner. The legendary Landy is in good and exceedingly well-maintained condition and will be sold with the latest Veteran MOT from September 2022.
