The fourth generation Range Rover, codenamed L405, was exhibited in September 2012 at the 2012 Paris Motor Show. It uses an all-aluminium monocoque unitary body structure, instead of the third generation's steel unibody making it the first production 4x4 SUV to do so, resulting in a reduction of 420 kg compared to its predecessor and transforming the once heavy agricultural Range Rover to an elite SUV that has become the market leader.

Presented in Barolo Black Premium Metallic and costing new £92,130 which included over £8,000 of extras this 4.4 litre V8 diesel has benefited from visual upgrades to the phase two L405 and sitting on optional 22" Alloy wheels. Powered by the most desirable V8 engine driven through Land Rovers eight-speed gearbox whilst benefitting from looking like a 2021 phase two example with LED headlights all round, 2019 phase 2 bonnet, bumpers and exhaust. Options from new included factory fitted electrically deployable towbar, sliding panoramic roof (including power blinds), surround camera system, reverse traffic detection with blind spot monitor and closing vehicle sensing, privacy glass, rear centre console cooler compartment, smokers pack and full size spare wheel. Our vendor purchased this example in 2022 after selling his brand-new Defender finding there was all the same toys and more luxury for half the cost and has maintained regardless of cost since including a recent service in June this year and after the MoT four brand new tyres.

Included with this exceptionally good value luxury all-rounder is the full book pack and print off of the digital service record showing five main dealer services annually until 2018 before the car was serviced in 2020, 2022 and recently 2024 by NVS servicing. It is also fitted with a Ghost alarm for extra security and to reduce any insurance premium.
