Built in November 1955 to OTS specification in left hand driver, this XK was acquired by a UK based collector in the 1980’s and brought back home to Great Britain. It was at this point that the car was converted to right hand drive. Fast forward to 2010 and with only 2 further owners the car was dispatched to the men of Prestige Paintworks who were commissioned with the task of restoring the car. 1,000 man hours later the rewords are there for all to see, mm perfect door fitment. Gleaming coachwork, there was no small detail over looked. The body was removed from the chassis, anywhere which needed new metal work was attended to and the timber work was also replaced. A huge amount of thought had gone into this project. A hydraulic PAS system was chosen over an EZ system. An enlarg
