We are delighted to offer for sale this exceptional fully restored 1964 Jaguar E-Type 3.8 Series 1 FHC.

This beautiful E-Type is a genuine Right-Hand Drive UK Car, with Heritage Certificate and in its original colour of Carmen Red with Biscuit Leather interior.

First registered, in the North East in January 1964, BFU 999B was first rebuilt in the late eighties, during which the speedometer was rebuilt and reset to zero. The speedometer now has a reading of 2500 miles.

During 2016/17 the car was the subject of a 12-month nut and bolt rebuild to an outstanding condition, including a new leather interior, high-quality paint finish etc. as can be seen in the photographs. This particular 3.8 Series 1 is completely standard apart from Coopercraft uprated brakes on both front and rear, and the wire wheels are powder-coated.

It has been part of a private collection and is offered for sale at a very attractive price when compared to the cost of a total restoration today.
