One of the first 500 Scoiattolo (Squirrel) cars produced in 1968 out of only 200 examples. In the same collection for 16 years. Mechanics of the 500 F, it retains the original number plates of the province of Trento – only 3 owners.
Red, with original black interior and well preserved, the bodywork is fundamentally sound even if it has some traces of rust, complete with all the friezes and chrome. It needs to be repainted.
Mechanics complete and original, but stopped for several years in a dry place. In need of a general service in order to be restarted. No valid MOT.
The Fiat 500 Scoiattolo was produced by CAP (Arrigo Perini Coachworks) in Arco, in the province of Trento, between 1968 and 1973. It was a great success as it was a nice and cheap alternative to the more expensive 500 Jolly. It seems that only 200 were produced, of which very few have survived to this day.
The car must be collected from Turin.
