Launched in 2004, the Ferrari 612 Scaglietti was the only 2+2 sports car produced by the Italian sports car manufacturer and Fiat subsidiary Ferrari until 2011 when the new Ferrari FF was presented. The 612 can accommodate four people. It is a sporty touring car in the Gran Turismo style, which is particularly effective on motorways and winding secondary roads.

The 612 was drawn by Ferrari's trusted Pininfarina design studio, which is almost always at the heart of the design of a new Ferrari. The addition of Scaglietti is a tribute to the long association between Ferrari and the coachbuilder Scaglietti, also based in Modena.

The Ferrari 612 is propelled by a 5.7 liter V12 with 540 hp, which results in a top speed of 320 km/h. The price is 296 362 euros, but with an F1 control the costs will be 308 704 euros. The Ferrari 612 is the direct successor of the 456 M, 456 GT and 456 GTA and the 412i further back in history.
