Gran Turismo Omologato is a designation reserved for the most special Ferraris ever made. There are only three models worthy of this designation: the 250 GTO, the 288 GTO and the 599 GTO.

The 599 GTO, despite its name, was not made for competition homologation, however, all of Scuderia Ferrari's know-how is present. Starting with the savage heart that beats under the hood.

It's a 6-litre V12 engine with 670 Ps, the same one that powered the Ferrari Enzo, and it's 50% of the car's character. At 8,000 rpm, the music it emits rivals Pavarotti's and the speed at which it shoots towards the horizon is hard to explain.

However, the other 50% of this GTO is no less special. The list of electronic aids for cornering and grip is extensive. Highlights include the F1-Trac traction control and the SCM2 system, which uses second-generation Skyhook magnetized fluid to control suspension damping.

Furthermore, compared to the GTB, it is 100 kg lighter, which is due to the intensive use of carbon fibre, both in the bodywork and interior, and to the various components focused on track driving, such as the magnificent leather and Alcantara bucket seats and the 4-point harness. Behind the seats is a leather-lined roll bar!

This GTO, from July 2011, was imported from England in 2019, now has 7000 km and is in excellent condition. Painted in Scuderia Red, it also benefits from full maintenance history and comes with a battery stabilizer, garage cover and extra accessories, such as the Scuderia exhaust system.
