The Ferrari F512 M—or “Modificata”—was launched in 1994 and represented the final iteration of the legendary Testarossa platform. The most technologically advanced model in the range included a raft of mechanical improvements over the outgoing 512 TR, headlined by upgraded engine internals that teased 446 horsepower from the 4.9-litre powerplant—a fitting swansong for Ferrari’s last flat-12-powered supercar.

Externally, the F512 M featured striking bodywork with fixed headlamps and round taillights, while the front end combined elements of the F40 and 512 BB LM. Countless improvements to running gear, suspension and braking made the final evolution of the Testarossa one of the most visceral and engaging supercars of its generation—a treat reserved for the 501 customers fortunate enough to earn their place on an exclusive order book.

A German-market example, chassis 103905 was delivered to its first owner on 4 January 1996 via the Hamburg-based Ferrari dealership, Wichelhausen. The car received service stamps from its supplying dealer in November 1995 and November 1998, further to three additional service stamps via different specialists in 2003, 2005, and 2008. The car was most recently serviced on 17 August 2020, which included replacement of the timing belts. At the time of cataloguing, its odometer read 85,509 kilometres.
