"This Evocation Corvette C4 convertible is presented in red coachwork with black leather trim. Built to replicate a well-known and iconic Italian sports car of which just one was ever offered as a convertible from the manufacturer and sold at auction with Artcurial in 2016 in excess of $1.8million. Of late even a Pinifarina commissioned example has reached the dizzy heights of $1 million plus, so this evocation is in good company. The underpinning and running gear for this example is all Chevrolet Corvette and our vendor who has owned a few TR's states that on a recent trip to Beaulieu this was far more comfortable, relaxing and reliable than the real thing. From the slats on the doors to the pop-up headlights and tell tail rear this turns heads wherever it goes and with the Chevrolet 5.7 litre V8 it offers ample power to leave 11's on any road. The interior is an electronic dashboard with digital speedometer and tachometer, and the sound system is run by a 9 Apple Car Unit.  It sits on split rims, offers a mohair hood and is offered with a history file which includes the original certificate of title, all import documents and the new V5C registration document coupled to an MoT until February 2025.
For a modest outlay this example is certainly a lot of fast, open-top summer fun and to the trained eye it is of course not the real deal but to 98% of the population you are driving a $1 million collector Koenig Specials supercar, the other 2% will enjoy the view and craftsmanship!
