As one of only 3’100 examples built this Cadillac was imported into Switzerland from Germany in 1989. Since that time the history of this most beautiful cabriolet is fully documented. The car was completely restored in Switzerland with the engine and gearbox overhauled. The soft top was replaced, and the seats recovered with real leather. Between 1989 and 2008 the Swiss owner had invested more than 300’000 francs in the purchase, restoration and maintenance of the car. Before the Cadillac changed ownership to the second Swiss owner, a Cadillac enthusiast and collector of American automobiles, all liquids and hoses were replaced in 2017. The Cadillac was taken over by the vendor in 2022 and has only been driven 300 kilometers since then. The rare and very imposing cabriolet is in very good condition and the last veteran MOT was successfully completed in January 2018.
