BMW 850i Automaat

You’re looking at the ultimate 90s BMW GT: behold the 8 Series! Nowadays, the grand BMW is also available as a Convertible and even a 4-door Coupe. However, nothing beats the original. Especially when it comes to this specific version: the BMW 850i, including a majestic 5.0 liter V12!
This absolutely brilliantly looking, perfectly dealer maintained 850i with automatic gearbox and electric rear sunshade (!) is even rarer. The BMW has been kept completely original and the complete history is included. As far as we can judge, the GT never had any electronic failures. This BMW 850i is a trouble-free car that has always been maintained with the greatest possible care. Something the next owner will enjoy to the fullest.

History

After two German owners, who cherished their BMW like only true fans do, the car came into the hands of the former Belgian petrolhead. After spending time with his Porsche 964 dream car in his own dream garage (made from glass, linked to his kitchen at home), it was time for a new classic. The Jaguar C-Type (Replica) stole his heart immediately, but he wanted to transport his family in style as well. Looking at its stunning condition and untouched body, the BMW 850i fulfilled his desire in a perfect way. In our Ferrari 456 GT he found himself his next dream car, following-up the Jaguar and BMW at once.

Interior & exterior

The first BMW 8 Series Coupé is one of the most characteristic models made in Germany. Perhaps the most striking thing about the 2-door style icon is that it looks nothing like any other BMW. In particular the front, with its flat nose and pop-up headlights, differs from all other road cars the Germans have built. The tight grand tourer looks even more timeless in Sterling Silver. Meanwhile, the black leather interior is typical BMW: it reflects high quality and is way ahead of its time. Electric memory seats, 2-zone climate control, 2-level seat heating, Becker radio/navigation system; it’s all there!

Technique

The 5.0 liter V12 with 299 hp in front is all about refinement and finesse. The smooth transmission takes you to higher speeds automatically. A top speed of 250 km/h is possible, but who would take the risk with a classic so beautiful? Take a test drive and tell us yourself.
