First Registered 'NL 1010' and subsequently 'BEB 742', this Aston Martin V8 was acquired at Bonhams' Sale of Aston Martin Motor Cars in May 2002 by the then (third) owner, having been in the previous owner's hands since June 1987. The car comes with full service history recording that in March 1992, and in addition to normal servicing, Aston Martin Works Service carried out considerable renovation when the mileage stood at 60,975. Work included removal and overhaul of the gearbox and torque converter, replacing brake bands, clutches, seals and filters, renewing all engine drive belts, removing and replacing engine oil cooler, stripping out and replacing inner suspension reactor rubbers, and overhauling wheel hubs.
