Gegen Ende der Produktionszeit wurden zwei streng limitierte Versionen des DB7 vorgestellt: der DB7 Vantage Zagato und der DB AR1, von denen nur je 99 Exemplare entstanden. Für beide schuf Andrea Zagato eine neue Karosserie, technisch entsprechen sie aber weitgehend den Vantage-Versionen. Während der DB AR1 im Stil eines klassischen Roadsters ohne Vollverdeck ausgelegt wurde, wurde beim Zagato der Radstand gekürzt und das Gewicht deutlich reduziert, um eine noch sportlichere Ausrichtung als beim DB7 GT zu erreichen. Beide Zagato-Modelle sind reine Zweisitzer.
Dieser Aston Martin DB7 GT Zagato ist in Aachen 2004 über den Importeur Hauswirth Exklusiv an seinen ersten Besitzer ausgeliefert worden. Dieser sehr gepflegte Wagen hatte bisher lediglich 3 Vorbesitzer, alle in Deutschland. Heute präsentiert sich das Fahrzeug makellos. Dieses seltene Coupé ist ein absolutes Sammlerfahrzeug.

Vehicle history:

Towards the end of the production period, two strictly limited versions of the DB7 were presented: the DB7 Vantage Zagato and the DB AR1, of which only 99 copies were produced. Andrea Zagato created a new body for both, but technically they largely correspond to the Vantage versions. While the DB AR1 was designed in the style of a classic roadster without a full top, the zagato's wheelbase was shortened and the weight significantly reduced in order to achieve an even sportier orientation than the DB7 GT. Both Zagato models are pure two-seaters.
This Aston Martin DB7 GT Zagato was delivered to Aachen, Germany in 2004 via the importer Hauswirth Exklusiv to its first owner. This very well-maintained car has had only 3 previous owners, all in Germany. Today the vehicle presents itself immaculate. This rare coupe is an absolute collector's vehicle.
